The Racing Breed Version 1.2 Graphics Update
We have upgraded the graphics on horses running during a race for Version 1.2 of our game.
If you have purchased the game before 11-27-07, you can download the update free of charge without it affecting your saved games. This download will only change graphics files. You must have the game on the computer you are downloading to, for the update to work.
Instructions For Graphics Update
1. Click the "Download Update" button on this page.
2. Select the "Save" option to download zip file to your computer.
(or)
Select the "Run" or "Open" option to download zip file to a temporary
internet folder.
Vista Users: You will need to select the "Save" option to download zip file to
your computer. Then from the properties option set the compatibility privilege
level to run the program as an administrator. Otherwise the unzip program may
not overwrite the existing graphics files.
3. When download is complete, select "Run" or "Open" to unzip files.
Leave default "C:\Program Files\The Racing Breed" as destination folder.
Click on the "Unzip" button. This will update the game.
Note: If you change the destination folder from "C:\Program Files\The Racing Breed"
to somewhere else, the update will not work.
